For all types of Batch Controls:
1. Install the control in the desired location, noting accessibility to power outlets. Mount and keep unit in an area free fromdust, moisture, and extreme temperatures. (Do not plug inat this time). Remove dust cover with thumb screws, using same holes to mount unit to wall with 4 screws (not provided).
2. Connect the gray meter input signal pigtail wires(Figure 2)
3. Connect the female output pigtail to the solenoid valve that controls water flow
4. Plug the male power cord into a 120 volt, 60 cycle outlet.
5. Determine the gallons to be batched. Divide the gallons to be batched by the GPC on the water meter. Example: 100 gallonbatch ÷ 10 GPC meter = 10. Set 10 on counter. Refer to Programming Manual to Program Batch Control
6. To start a batch, push the “Start Button”. This will open thewater valve and start the flow and counting process. When thebatch controller receives the number of counts that were pre-setin the register, it will close the valve, completing the batch. If your next batch is a different quantity, repeat steps 5 and 6.

8. Depending on frequency of batch processing, dust cover may be permanently left off of controller to activate batch “Start” button.
